The Price Match Promise Terms & Conditions:
The product must be in stock, brand new and boxed, not on sale, in clearance, damaged, shop soiled or in an auction formatted offer. We don't offer this service for items in eBay auctions.
- The product price must include any surcharges ie. postage and packaging, VAT etc.
- A link to the competitor's product page must be provided, as we must be able to verify the price.
- You must have requested the price match and have your request accepted and confirmed by us via email, before placing your order via telephone.
- Price matches cannot be made after an order has been processed. You will need to do this before placing an order.
